Bleu Cheese Dressing
A cold, crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce with a generous helping of this homemade bleu cheese dressing is hard to beat!
- 1 cup bleu cheese crumbled
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
In a small mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat bleu cheese at low speed.
Gradually add in the oil, beating until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate.
