Bleu Cheese Dressing

A cold, crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce with a generous helping of this homemade bleu cheese dressing is hard to beat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup bleu cheese crumbled
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat bleu cheese at low speed.
  • Gradually add in the oil, beating until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate.
