Peanut Butter Ganache Bars
Sweet and salty peanut butter chocolate dessert combo. Decadent, smooth, creamy and rich with a pinch of flake salt for the PERFECT touch!
- 1 pkg graham crackers
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Flake salt
Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add kosher salt, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter to graham crackers. Stir together. Press into prepared pan. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan heat cream over medium low heat until simmering. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips into the hot cream. Let sit for a few minutes, then stir cream and chocolate chips together until well combined.
Pour cream and chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture. Chill for at least 45 minutes. Then sprinkle with flake salt. Cut into 16 dessert size bars (or 25 smaller bars).
