Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Make a batch of homemade ice cream in less than 30 minutes... start to finish! Plus you'll know exactly what's in the ice cream (no added chemicals).

- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a mixing bowl beat eggs well.
Slowly add in the sugar whisking until well combined.
Stir in the cream, milk and vanilla.
With the ice cream freezer turned on and running pour the cream mixture into the freezer bowl.
Churn the ice cream for 23-25 minutes. Transfer the ice cream into a storage container and store in the freezer.
To make different flavor combinations churn the ice cream for 21-23 minutes. Then slowly add up to 1 cup of add-ins (chocolate, nuts, cookies, etc.). Churn an extra couple minutes to combine everything.
